Swissotel The Stamford Singapore

Surrounded by trendy shops and restaurants, this hotel is the epitome of luxury. the stunning views from the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi made me feel like I was in a dream. the exclusive amenities, including the Spa & wellness centre, Steam room, and Treatment room, fulfilled all my needs for a luxurious vacation.

Although the room was spacious and comfortable, the lack of a working desk was a minor inconvenience. the friendly and efficient service made up for it.

The location is excellent. Staff very helpful and kind.

There is no such thing that I would object to

it's true that it's a bit expensive but you get your money's worth, the renovated rooms are beautiful and luxurious, the breakfast is gargantuan, they even had the kindness to keep our luggage for us and allowed us to spend the day at the swimming pool for free while waiting for our departure to the airport.

The highlight of my stay at Swissotel was the amazing view from the SKAI suite where I attended a wedding lunch. Being on the 69th storey, the solemnization ceremony had a amazing backdrop of Singapore. The hotel also provided delicious cakes and sweets during the reception, a good treat. The wedding banquet at the other side of the hotel offered scrumptious food that we thoroughly enjoyed. The overall experience was amazing.

The location is excellent, right next to City Hall and within walking distance to Boat and Clarke Quays. The hotel is conveniently located above the City Circle MRT station, making it easy for us to explore the city. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, especially the concierge desk who assisted us with online check-in for our flights. The room we stayed in was on a higher floor with a balcony, offering a great view of Marina Bay. The room itself was spacious and had a small sitting room, which was perfect for us as friends who enjoy going out at nights. The hotel also had a great pool area and friendly pool bar staff.

We felt very at home during our stay and had no complaints.

It is a magnificent hotel, like almost all the hotels in the chain. It is well located, the staff is friendly, the cleaning is maximum. The pool area, spa and fitness club is good. The restaurants are good. The location is perfect with access to the subway via the mall, City Hall station red line.

breakfast was too Hindu and we were in Singapore. Too much. food smell in the. hotel. in general we were staying on the 44th floor and pasiilo always smelled of food.

Convenient location atop a metro station with shopping and food options. Cozy, well-lit renovated room on high floor with stunning view. Friendly and accommodating staff with nice touches like Nespresso and TWG tea. Impressive Christmas lunch with great attention to detail. Would stay at this hotel again.

The room, although very small, was recently renovated and was quite comfortable and modern. The sheets were quite uncomfortable because of the fabric although the bed is comfortable and large. The gym is impressive. It has everything you need to be able to train perfectly.

It shares many amenities with the nearby Fairmont Hotel, and both the gym and breakfast room are overcrowded.

Very elegant and modern hotel integrated with a shopping centre. Room service round the clock. Just two nights before the next trip to Asia.

The breakfast buffet is extensive, and the staff provide excellent service. Guests can also enjoy tea-making facilities and access to world-class restaurants. Furthermore, the hotel offers a luxurious car service for airport transfers.

Room booked three months in advance. As a genius, we had a room opposite the harbour view, with just in front of the window the top of a building with 4 floors of technical levels --> constant noise in the room. Scandalous for the price paid.

I recently stayed at Swissotel for a wonderful birthday celebration with my family. The staff, especially Felicia during check-in, were so friendly and accommodating. The upgrade to the Executive room was a pleasant surprise. The bedsheets were perfect for a good night's sleep and the food selection was impressive. The internet connection was continuous and strong. The guest relationship manager, Eddy, was exceptional, as well as the security chief, Khalid, and the driveway traffic director. A special shout out to the L65 Lounge family for the amazing birthday surprise. I will definitely be back!

Hotel with 70 floors. We were on the 53rd floor and views of the port were SPECTACULAR. room is very big and very comfortable. five star hotel with all the amenities.

I was impressed with the modern facilities, including the renovated lobby and Clove restaurant. Although the room was a bit warm due to limited thermostat control, the spacious and clean accommodations made up for it.

We loved the central location of the hotel, just a few steps away from many shopping centers and restaurants in the heart of this city. The view from our room was lovely, and we were impressed with the spaciousness of the room, the smart lighting system, and the cleanliness of the bedding and towels. The self-service check-in and check-out was efficient and the staff was quick to assist us when we needed help. the breakfast and drinks bar for members was a great facility that we enjoyed.
